Positive living through positive thinking
-take responsibility for your own well-being -Strive for the best possbible relationshps in your life -Leave detrimental relationships -Strive to be truly yourself -Look after your health -Use your mind to its full potential -Understand what makes you tick -Have time for yourself -Do things that give meaning to your life In other words. to be happy you need to create the environment where you can fulfil your true potential.. Every minute you spend blaming others is a minute you could have spent thinking about how you can change your situation for the better. Life is not fair and wheather you believe in reincarnation or not..u need to get on with what u have in your life right now. Anything we learn or experience in life is stored in our subconscious mind..if i believe that i am unworthy, i will see the world thru the belief that says"i' am unworthy" so when someone keeps you waiting.., i "know" why that is ..because i'm unworthy. In other words, everything you experince in ure life will be assessed thru ure own belief fliter...so if ure belief is a negative one then u will never give ureself a chance of balancing the negativity thur positive experiences.. It is our subconscious mind that stores all our memories, beliefs, emotions and automatic physical respnses.. It is out subconscious mind that runs our life and determines how happy and successful we are.
